Returning back to 2008!
Wow, one year has gone by and now HELICULTURE.COM is on a return. What I say is,” get on with it!” I have some enquiries from people who want to buy this domain name but unfortunately the price is not right and moreover I would like to sell to a buyer who is in this trade, ie. heliculture.

HELICULTURE is a generic domain name, the dictionary meaning is ‘The science and occupation of growing snails for food’. Yes, so is horticulture or aquaculture, etc. So if you wish to possess this domain name, yes it is available for sale in the region of $xx,xxx. Am I joking? You bet.
Well, till the time come to part with HELICULTURE.COM, I will continue to work on this site. I believe heliculture is a good source of revenue for farmers for both indoor and outdoor concept. Snails are very small creatures, non-violent, gentle and easy to breed and maintain. They are hermaphrodites.
Hermaphrodites can take male or female roles in mating and reproduction, as circumstances dictate. The snail fulfills both sexual roles simultaneously. So what’s the problem with mating and breeding? Easy. And they produce hundreds of eggs a time. Eat fast, grow fast. And snail meat is consider the abalone of the land. The french loves them. Escargots! Yummy!
For land scarce or cold climate countries, snails can be farmed indoor, huge bins stacked in shelves and easily maintain. Vegetables and calcium is all they need. Of course, breed them in clean and hygienic environment and they are happy. So what are you waiting for? Better than breeding chickens and cattles. Best value for money in the farming business. No rocket science technology and cheap capital investment on equipment.
Ok, want to know more, keep coming back here. I am a novice and still learning. If you an expert in heliculture, why don’t you help share with us? All are welcome.
